Serves as the first level of support for Distribution Center (DC) associates and management for problems with RF equipment, network communications, printers, and kiosks that support DC operations. This includes troubleshooting, resolving, or escalating issues to the appropriate 2nd and 3rd level support teams within IT. 1.Services, installs, recovers and troubleshoots all PC, Mobile computing devices, VOIP phones and user application issues in the DC.
